Ozu by Otazu Merlot Rosé is a 100% Merlot rosé from D.O. Navarra, made by the bleeding method, with a brief cold maceration that gives it its colour, and two months on its lees. Raspberry pink in colour, floral, with notes of red fruit and a gentle, fresh, fruity palate. It pairs with warm and cold salads, rice dishes, pasta, grilled vegetables and cured meats.
