1 Ha. Una Historia Garnacha is a 100% Garnacha red from D.O. Navarra, 2021 vintage, from Viña Mercedes in Corella. A limited production of 1228 bottles, fermented in concrete and rested six months in French oak. Fresh and vibrant, with red fruit — strawberry and raspberry — a floral background and a touch of scrubland, and a silky, easy-drinking palate. It pairs with red and white meats, aged cheeses, cured meats, Japanese cuisine, grilled vegetables, soupy rice dishes and octopus.
