Pago de Otazu Chardonnay (D.O.P. Pago de Otazu) is a 100% Chardonnay wine made from grapes harvested by hand in September and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. A surprising wine that faithfully reflects the characteristics of the Otazu terroir under the influence of the Atlantic climate.
